Hey, loves!
Finals have FINALLY come to an end, which means lots of new content! I am so excited to share this super easy, perfect-for-spring outfit with y'all. I can't help but think of all the fun adventures the summer will bring. I am completing a full-time internship all summer, but I hope to make the best of all the time I have in between!
top: asos | shorts: forever 21 | bag: shop bop | earrings: shop bop | watch: nordstrom | shoes: target
Moving on to the actual outfit... Y'all already know what the deal is around here. I try to keep things super affordable, so the best news is my entire outfit is under $50!! Whoo hoo. I like to give y'all options, so if you see anything linked below that is over that price point, it is for you ladies that like to splurge on yourselves a little. Nothing wrong with that at all! But I've got those of you ballin' on a budget (like me!). The top is an oldie but a goodie. I've had it for years and years, and that just goes to show you that you can never go wrong with a white cami. It can literally be styled in a million ways! As for the shorts, I had to give into the gingham print once again. A girl can't resist! These are EXTREMELY affordable, and oh-so-comfortable. These are going to be so easy to wear in the Houston summer weather, because they are so breezy and lightweight. I think I wear these shoes wayyyy too much, but I promise they're so good! I've also had them forever, and it just reminds me how important it is to have to staples in your closet that you can always wear. Lastly, isn't this little clutch just so cute? I honestly hardly ever carry a to of stuff in my purses (shocker, I know), so it's so easy to just grab this one and stick my necessities without having to lug around a bulky bag.
Has the gingham print trend taken over your entire closet yet? Mine is slowly beginning to look like a picnic tablecloth collection. LOL. As always, thank you so much for taking the time to read my posts! It seriously means so much, and I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it for you! If you purchase any of the items linked, please tag me on Instagram @laceupsandthunderthighs! I would love to see how you styled them, and show you off on my stories!
XOXO,
Vannesa
