Valentine's Outfit + Date Ideas

Will you be my valentine? <3

Unfortunately for me, I will be spending my Valentine's Day hitting the books, but I wanted to share three outfit and date ideas for you!

outfit one

Outfit details: tee (shein) | pants (old navy) | button up (express) | sneakers (gap) | bag (similar)

The first outfit is super casual and my personal favorite. This outfit is great for a movie night (try a drive-in theatre!), a fun bowling or mini golfing date, a nice picnic at your favorite park, or you can find a cool 50's themed diner to share milkshakes and fries with your boo. I found this super cute tee on Shein.com for only $11! Score! If it is a little warmer where you live, you can swap out the jeans for some cutoff shorts or tie the button up around your waist like I did here. I love that the olive and bright coral colors contrast each other and add some fun to the outfit.

outfit two

Outfit details: top (shein or chicwish) | pants (old navy) | shoes (target) | bag (shopjandg) use "laceups" at check out for 15% off

The second outfit is one that I definitely see myself wearing to a nice brunch, wine tasting, a comedy show (which I really have been wanted to go to), or drinks with your girls. I also found this sweater at Shein.com for under $35. I had been seeing it all over instagram, so I decided that I had to have it. Unfortunately, the quality was not the best so I decided to return it. But no worries, I found an identical one at Chicwish.com. Although it is a little more pricey, the quality looks a lot better. Let's talk about the bag! Of course we all dream of the day we will be able to afford an authentic Chloe bag, but this look-a-like from Shopjandg.com will have to do for now. The owner of the shop was very generous and provided me with a 15% discount code for you! Just type in "laceups" at check out and you're on your way to saving some $$$.

outfit three

Outfit details: dress (forever 21 similar) | shoes (steve madden) similar here | clutch (similar)

I had to end with a bang, so I decided to really dress it up with this white lace dress (which was under $50 at Forever 21) and bright red heels. This ensemble screams, "take me to a nice dinner" so that is exactly where I wore it to. You can wear this to a candle-lit dinner, go salsa dancing, or if you're financially blessed you can totally rent out a yacht for the night! (I'll keep dreaming)

I hope that you enjoyed this blog post and found some inspiration for your Valentine's Day outfits. Remember to take some time to love yourself and thank God for all of your blessings. As always, thank you so much for reading!

xoxo, Vannesa
